Whether it’s traditional telephone services such as business lines and PRIs, or newer technology services such as SIP Trunking or Hosted PBX, Diallog Telecommunications offers significant advantages for hotel telecom for the hospitality sector.
Next week, Diallog will be proudly sponsoring and attending the 2017 Hotel Association of Canada’s (HAC) Conference on February 15 and 16. The Conference will tackle a number of challenging issues in the hotel sector, and we are very pleased to be a part of this event.
Although this is our first event with HAC, Diallog has a long history providing services to hotels, motels, and other hospitality clients. Among our long list of clients include some of Canada’s leading hotels, such as Travelodge, Hilton, and Holiday Inn. We have been extremely fortunate to earn the trust of some of the best and most successful hotels and management companies in the business, and we continue to work with them to improve telecommunications efficiency while reducing costs.
How do we help hotels?
Our Telecom Consultants start with a no-obligation deep dive analysis of the existing telephone products and services, and create a Competitive Cost Analysis (CCA). A review of all telecom products is included, and we undercover any “telecom waste” that may exist (unused business lines, products no longer needed, etc.), and provide alternatives. We then begin crafting a specific solution that works with the hotel, ensuring that the products and services meet the unique needs of the staff and clients of the hotel.
As a result, hotels see vast improvements in efficiency, productivity, and of course, savings.
Serious Bottom Line Savings
Late last year, we worked with a hotel management company with four hotel properties in the GTA with a full service solution that include PRIs and business lines. The switch to Diallog resulted in savings of close to $5,000 savings per year, and nearly $15,000 for the length of the contract.
Recently, we began working with an Ontario based hotel to transition their business lines from their provider to Diallog. The switch means nearly $10,000 a year in savings, and nearly $30,000 in total for the 36 month contract period. This reduction is more than 60% of their initial telecom costs.
Diallog also worked with an Eastern based Ontario hotel, providing a 47% reduction in bottom line savings. The seamless transition included the hotel staying with their existing telecom provider, with Diallog simplifying their billing process and reducing overall costs.
Faster, More Efficient Products
SIP Trunking has become a viable option for hotels, to tap into the power of Voice over IP (VoIP) while utilizing existing telephony equipment (PBX). This produces significant cost savings. A number of our hotel clients have opted to transition to VoIP using SIP Trunking.
Diallog is in the process of installing a Fibre Internet solution for a well-known Canadian hotel’s new headquarters.
