FYI I am in Toronto -401 & Warden. On DSL (Bell tech had to install my service as Bell owns the lines). No problem getting the 25/10 speed at all times.
Recommended to my friend at Donlands & O'CONNOR. She's also on the DSL plan. No problem for 2 years.
The 1 star reviews are a little surprising. My experience with the customer service from Diallog has been good ( yes a little slow at times) .

After over 3 years with this company I have made the decision to change. Overall the service and experience was great with this company. Only reason for my switch is I want 24/7 tech support.

The only down fall was the price. At the time we were limited with the internet speed in our area and went with what was offered.
Recently Cogeco updated our area to Fibre Optic, higher speeds for less $.
I did call customer service to discuss other options, but unfortunately they could not match or come close to what I would be paying with Cogeco.
I still would give this company a 10/10 for both reliable internet and excellent customer service.

No. For DSL, we install a new dry loop at no extra cost. For Cable, we use your existing coaxial cable or install a new one if needed. For Fibre, we connect through your existing fibre line.
