Security Notice from Diallog Telecommunications

At Diallog, the privacy and trust of our customers and partners are central to everything we do. This notice is to inform you of a recent security incident that may have affected certain data.


What Happened

On April 26, 2025, Diallog identified unauthorized access to certain internal systems by a third party. Upon discovery, we took immediate steps to contain the incident, secure our infrastructure, and launch a full investigation with the support of cybersecurity professionals.

The investigation is ongoing. However, based on what we currently know, the affected systems may have included files containing customer and account-related information.


What Information May Have Been Involved

While we are still assessing the full scope, the following types of information may have been accessed:

  • Customer name, address, and email
  • Call history (Call Detail Records)
  • Pricing or contract terms
  • For a limited number of residential customers: payment-related records associated with failed or closed accounts

Please note: no passwords, login credentials, or active credit card information were stored in or compromised through the affected systems.


What Weˋre Doing

  • We immediately secured the affected systems and isolated the incident
  • We are continuing our investigation with external cybersecurity experts
  • We have notified the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
  • We are reviewing and enhancing our security practices company-wide
  • We are proactively notifying customers and partners through invoices and this public notice

What You Can Do

We believe the risk to most individuals is low. However, we recommend:

  • Monitoring your account activity for anything unusual
  • Being cautious of unsolicited communications asking for personal information
  • Contacting us if you would like to confirm what information of yours may have been involved
