How do I know if service is available in my area?

Our Internet service is available in most parts of Ontario and Quebec, including Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, Ottawa, Kitchener/Waterloo, Barrie, St. Catharines/Niagara Falls, Guelph, Brantford and more. Check availability now!

How long does it take to activate my Internet service?

It takes between 2 and 5 business days from the day the order is placed to install our Internet service. The best way to secure the earliest installation date is to check availability and place your order now. We have weekday morning, afternoon and evening appointments available – plus Saturday morning and afternoon. Check availability now!

Do you perform a credit check before installation?

No. Once you’ve placed your order and we’ve processed your payment due at sign-up, we will coordinate your installation date and prepare to send your modem. Check availability now!

Do I need an active phone line to install DSL Internet service?
