A leading Toronto organization reached out to us looking for a solution to improve their internet bandwidth. During the discovery phase, our telecom solutions consultant uncovered that the customer was currently using analog PRI for their phone connectivity and high speed broadband VDSL 50/10 Mbps for their data connectivity.
After we conducted a detailed technical analysis, we were able to upgrade the customer from analog PRI to new SIP trunking technology by installing a SIP to PRI gateway. This ingenious solution allowed them to avoid a costly phone system upgrade and to reduce phone system upgrade and to reduce their phne services bill by over 60%, while also eliminating long distance costs!
We then redistributed those savings to solving the initial bandwidth issue.
